OKLAHOMA CITY -- On Friday night in Oklahoma City, the Oklahoma History Center previewed the opening of the "Another Hot Oklahoma Night: A Rock and Roll Exhibit" to a VIP audience that included some of Oklahoma's most famous musicians and radio personalities.
In attendance (and this is only a partial list, hundreds of people attended the Friday VIP event) were an array of Sooner state music celebrity: Zac Hanson of Hanson, Dennis Coyne of Stardeath and White Dwarfs, Larry and Lorrie Collins of the Collins Kids, Wanda Jackson, John Cooper and Brad Piccolo of the Red Dirt Rangers, Trent Bell of Chainsaw Kittens, Wayne Coyne of the Flaming Lips and his wife Michelle, Steve Ripley of the Tractors and his children Angelene and Elvis, Alice and Dr. Jim Rodgers of Cain's Ballroom, Ronnie Kaye, Tommy Allsup, Dfest co-founders Tom Green and Angie DeVore Green, Jarrod Gollihare of Admiral Twin and his wife Jaime, Derek and Raechel Brown of Crocodile, Brian Lee Dunning, Basile Kolliopoulos of Reverb Bros and many, many more.

On Saturday, all things music will explode from Oklahoma City, with a blowout celebrating the public opening of "Another Hot Oklahoma Night: A Rock and Roll Exhibit," at the Oklahoma History Center. It's free, and runs 11 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturday in Oklahoma City.
This family-friendly exhibit explores the rock 'n' roll artists, radio stations, personalities, venues and fans that have called Oklahoma home.
