Top Arizona Diamondbacks prospect and Broken Arrow graduate Archie Bradley was selected to Baseball America's 15-player Minor League All-Star Team.

Bradley was 14-5 with a 1.84 ERA for Double-A Mobile and Single-A Visalia in the regular season. Also selected to the first team was Tulsa Drillers pitcher Eddie Butler, who was 9-5 with a 1.80 ERA for teams at three levels.

Drillers catcher Tom Murphy was a second-team selection. Murphy batted a combined .289 with 22 homers and 83 RBIs for Single-A Modesto and Tulsa this season. Also picked was former Drillers outfielder Corey Dickerson, who batted .371 at Triple-A Colorado Springs...

In the Pacific Coast League finals, former Drillers pitcher Jarrett Grube fired a two-hitter with 11 strikeouts to keep Salt Lake's hopes alive with a 9-0 win over Omaha in Game 3 on Friday night...

Owasso graduate Brian Flynn's second major league start was moved up a day and he allowed five runs in four innings to take the loss against Atlanta on Thursday...

When former Owasso shortstop Pete Kozma was performing well in the postseason last year he often resembled Pepper Martin on the basepaths. For the first time in a while, Kozma had that same look in St. Louis' 2-1, 10-inning win over Seattle on Friday. Kozma had a stolen base and also scored the winning run on a short passed ball.
