The Dilly Deli restaurant. JAMES GIBBARD/Tulsa World
"Beer for Chicks" night will be revived following a summer break at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Dilly Deli, 402 E. Second St.
The ladies-only evening will feature a four-course dinner including blue cheese-stuffed olives, lettuce wraps, shrimp with Asian sauce and chocolate bark for dessert.
The dinner will include four beers from Oklahoma City's COOP Ale Works, and, according to a Dilly Deli newsletter, a "presentation rumored to include an informative video, legitimizing the educational benefits of our particular brand of ladies' night."
Founders Mark Seibold, JD Merryweather and Daniel Mercer produced their first COOP Ale Works beers about 3 1/2 years ago, and the beers are widely distributed throughout the state today.
Cost of the dinner is $15, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations required: 918-938-6382.
