Billy & Ike's, a joint venture of Ike's Chili and Billy Sims Barbecue, will open at 11 a.m. Saturday at 5209 S. Sheridan Road in the Farm Shopping Center.
Chris Trail of Ike's Chili and Billy Sims and Jeff Jackson of Billy Sims Barbecue will offer a line of gourmet hot dogs and traditional servings of Ike's Chili -- straight, with beans, with pasta and three-way, as well as tamales and taco salad.
The hot dogs will have names such as The Cowboy, The Boz, Billy Dog and Switzer Special.
Billy & Ike's is located in space that formerly held banquet space for Billy Sims Barbecue.
Hours will be 11 a.m to 8 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
