Buddy Valastro, better known as The Cake Boss, will bring his “Family Celebrations Tour” to Chapman Music Hall in the Performing Arts Center on Nov. 24.
Tickets, ranging from $25.75 to $36.75, go on sale Friday at tulsaworld.com/myticketoffice and at the PAC ticket office, 110 E. Second St.
Valastro is an accomplished master baker, cake decorator and star of the TLC series “Cake Boss,” a reality show based on the Valastro family bakery, Carlo’s, in Hoboken, N.J.
Carlo’s was opened by Carlo Guastaffero in 1910 and was purchased by Buddy’s father, Bartolo Valastro Sr., in 1964. He died in 1994. Today the bakery is operated by Buddy with his mother, Mary Valastro, along with sisters Grace, Maddalene, Mary and Lisa.
At his Tulsa show, Valastro is expected to share stories about his TV shows, “Cake Boss” and “Next Great Baker,” answer audience questions and give lots of live cake- and cupcake-decorating advice.
