When my family lived in Tampa, Fla., I'd occasionally be well behaved enough to warrant a trip to Baskin Robbins.

My favorite flavor was Peanut Butter and Chocolate, which I'd request on a sugar cone. Sure as I'm sitting here typing this sentence, I was warned not to drip any of it in the car. Not that my parents should've worried because that ice cream was so good, I Hoovered up any and every trace of it.

Sadly, when we moved from Tampa back to Laurel, Miss., the closest Baskin Robbins was half an hour away in Hattiesburg. But even when I went to college there at the University of Southern Miss 12 years later, I didn't patronize the store.

Finally, this past Memorial Day, FGP, her hubby and I arrived at a movie early and decided to kill some time at Baskin Robbins. Much to my surprise, their Peanut Butter and Chocolate ice cream was just as rich and yummy as I recalled from my kindergarten years in Florida.

As far as I know, I haven't tried any other flavor of ice cream at BR. So what am I missing, BR fans? What's YOUR favorite flavor?

Peace, love and sugar cones ... XOXO
