Carrie Underwood and husband Mike Fisher recently celebrated the success of her new album "Blown Away" by visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom park in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., reported usmagazine.com Tuesday.
Oklahoma native Underwood, 29, and Fisher, 32, who married two years ago in July, arrange their schedules so they can spend as much time together as possible and stay in contact even when they can't, reported the website.
"Because we are so busy, we make our time together count," the country superstar told the website. "We go on dates and make sure to make that extra effort."
"We will text and tweet 'I love you' every day," if one or the other is on the road, she reportedly said.
As for marriage to the NHL Nashville Predators player, Underwood told the website she considers herself lucky.
"Married life is wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better husband and best friend," she said, according to the website.
"…I never thought guys like Mike actually existed! He loves me and all of my craziness!"
Underwood, who will co-host the Country Music Association Awards Nov. 1 with Brad Paisley, will perform on the annual Muscular Dystrophy Association fundraising telethon set to air 7-10 p.m. Sept. 2 on KOKI, channel 23, cable 5.
