Che Buono! opens in Osage Casino-Tulsa. Courtesy.
Che Buono!, featuring custom-made and specialty pizzas, a gourmet coffee bar, teas, pastries and desserts, is the newest dining spot in Osage Casino-Tulsa, 1211 W. 36th St. North.
Personal pizzas, priced at $7 each, may be customized with a choice of seven sauces, eight meats, 14 vegetables and five cheeses, or diners may order one of eight specialty pizzas, such as the Italian Stallion with basil pesto, marinara sauce, Italian sausage, artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Desserts include mixed berry and pear tarts, chantilly cream cake, apple cream crostata and custard torta delia for $3.50 each. Pastries include Danishes, doughnuts, muffins, cookies and biscotti.
Che Buono! (kay-bono) is Italian for “that’s good.” The only time Che Buono! it will not be open is 3-5 p.m. daily.
