Antoinette Baking Co., the city's newest scratch bakery, will have its grand opening 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
The bakery is located on the north end of the Brookside shopping area at 3305 S. Peoria Ave.
Co-owners Molly Martin and Andrea Mohn have planned sample tastings, giveaways and a cookbook swap for the grand opening. Just bring a cookbook and trade it for another to take home.
The bakery features a variety of sweet and savory pastries, cupcakes, pies, French-inspired macarons and madeleines, and Intelligentsia brand coffee.
Martin and Mohn cook in small batches and encourage customers to phone in special requests.
Regular bakery hours will be 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. The phone number is 918-697-9042.
