A quick rundown of who went where and what that might mean to their fantasy value:

Peyton Manning: The biggest free agent ever is walking into a good gig in Denver. Easy division. Good wide receivers. An old friend at tight end. A decent running game. I think Manning is going to make Eric Decker a big-time player. Draft him.

Brandon Lloyd: He doesn't perform unless he is being coached by Josh McDaniels. They come back together in New England. Tom Brady is going to throw him the ball down the field. A lot. I predict like he did that season he threw for 50 touchdowns. Draft him.

Brandon Marshall: I drafted him last year when he was a Dolphin. He did pretty good and would have done even better if he hadn't dropped so many balls. I think he's going to be able to turn his play and his life around in Chicago with the help of the quarterback who feed him the ball during his back-to-back 100 reception seasons. Draft him.

Peyton Hillis: I didn't want to but I drafted him last season in a TD league. Not a good idea as the Madden Curse and injures hurt him. I do like the move to Kansas City. Jamaal Charles is coming off knee surgery and should be good to go. Hillis is going to be the red zone threat and someone who can catch the ball out of the backfield. Draft him.

Vincent Jackson: He is going to a run-first offense that has a QB who can't do much. I don't see him repeating what made him a low-end No. 1 receiver in San Diego. Don't draft him.

Tim Tebow: I don't even want to talk about him because he's a backup QB. You never draft a backup QB. Don't draft him.

Robert Meachem: Not a fan. He was never able to break out as the best receiver on one of the best offenses in the league. He got a lot of balls when he was wide open, which isn't going to happen in San Diego. I also think this is the last season for Norv Turner and this team will have a new coach before the season is over. Don't draft him.

Matt Flynn: Everyone looks good when you play for one of the best offenses and it's week 17 in a game that doesn't matter. Flynn hasn't been named the starter yet. He has no competition so that scares me a little. So does the Seahawks receivers. Too many sure things in the league to put a bid on him. Don't draft him.

Michael Bush: I like that he is going to be on a team with a better quarterback and that he is most likely going to get everything in the red zone. Matt Forte is going to get a lot of action if he signs, and if he doesn't Bush is the only viable option. Draft him.

BenJarvus Green-Ellis: The law firm is going to a team that doesn't get that many chances on the goal line, where he excelled for the Patriots. I think he will be a good fill-in but not put up incredible numbers. Don't draft him.
