The Oklahoma Alliance for Animals is hosting "Stuff the Van" Sunday and Monday to collect donated items for homeless animals.
The items will be stuffed in the organization's "Wheels of Hope" van and delivered to the Tulsa Animal Welfare shelter.
Donations may be delivered to the OAA office at 1822 E. 15th St., Suite B, from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday or from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday.
The Oklahoma Alliance for Animals is a nonprofit organization in Tulsa supporting animal welfare organizations including shelters, rescue groups and spay/neuter programs.
General items needed: Food, soft treats, new collars, blankets, bath towels, fleece fabric and heating pads.
For dogs: Shampoo, KONG toys in all sizes, and puppy house training pads.
For cats: KMR kitten formula, new cat trees, toys, scratchers, cushiony beds, and bath mats.
Also appreciated: Monetary donations and gift cards to Target, Walmart and home improvement stores.
