Partners Eric Richards and Hunt Hawkins announced they are opening their new Edward Delk's restaurant and bar with full hours Monday.
The restaurant, located at 427 S. Boston Ave. in the historic Philtower building, will be open 11 a.m. to close Monday-Friday and 4 p.m. to close Saturday-Sunday. The owners said closing hours will be determined by the amount of late-night business they draw.
Tuck Curren, owner of Biga and Local Table, was menu consultant on the project. Paninis and pizza are expected to be mainstays.
Edward Delk's gives night-time dining on Boston Avenue another culinary shot in the arm, joining Elote Cafe, Mod's Coffee & Crepes, The Bistro in the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown and the Daily Grill in the Hyatt Regency.
