Volker Kraft decorates a tree with 10,000 Easter eggs in his garden in Saalfeld, Germany on Wednesday. The Kraft family has been decorating their tree for Easter for more than forty years. (AP Photo/Jens Meyer)
I saw this beautiful photo of a tree that a German family has decorated with Easter eggs and I had to share.
The family has apparently been decorating the tree around Easter for more than 40 years.
While I have seen the small indoor trees at craft stores that can be decorated, I have never seen anything like this before.
I wondered whether anyone in our area decorates a live tree outdoors.
Let me know if you have ever seen one around here. Maybe the owners would share a photo with us.
