Tunic, $79. Macy's

Halter dress, $110. Macy's

This winning look for Saks look is already sold out online.
SPOILER ALERT: If you haven't watched the first episode of "Fashion Star" you're going to be unhappy!Did you watch NBC's new fashion reality competition,
Fashion Star, last night?
I'll admit that I'm a day behind in my DVR schedule, but it won't happen again.
Here's why: The show's concept is that winning looks will be available in stores (online for us Okies) the next day. Buyers featured on the show were from Macy's, Saks Fifth Avenue and H&M. And the overall winner will win a $6 million contract at the end.
That's some high-stakes sewing!
So this morning, I'm getting all the press releases from the retailers who will carry the winning looks. I've included two of the four available at Macy's, and one look from Saks. The H&M dress is already sold out, as is the Saks look.
Macy's has these looks available on their website
here, as well as the Macy's Herald Square store in New York City.
So please don't head to the mall today and get snippy with the sales clerks when you can't find your tunic!
The Saks Fifth Avenue's look can be viewed by logging on to its website
here.
And the H&M look is
here.
What do you think of the looks? Would you wear them?
I'm not quite sure about these from Macy's -- not quite my style, but maybe I'm not in a spring/summer mood quite yet. The H&M dress was my favorite, and at $19.95, obviously the best price point by far.
The look from Saks, which is an edgy zipper skirt, is also sold out.
Have you seen the show? It
Fashion Star a must-see, or will you stick with
Project Runway?
