Health.com released its list of the 50 fattiest foods in the United States. For Oklahoma, it's chicken-fried steak.

Fine. We'll take that honor with pride. Many of us can make a mean chicken-fried steak at home. Even more of us know where we can buy one. Hello, Nelson's. And Shiloh's. Just to name a couple.

Some other states' fattiest foods don't sound half as good as ours. Take Alaska's eskimo ice cream, a concoction of reindeer fat, seal oil, salmonberries and blackberries. Or, Indiana's fried brain sandwich.

We'll stick with our chicken-fried steak.
