The Jewish Federation of Tulsa has opened Fig cafe and bakery for lunch in the lobby of the Charles Schusterman Jewish Community Center, 2021 E. 71st St.
Chef Dan Kachel is offering a selection of soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Kachel trained at Le Cordon Bleu and formerly owned the now-closed Sand Springs Station restaurant.
Fig is open to the public.
