The Restaurant at Gilcrease Museum, 1400 N. Gilcrease Museum Road, is offering dinner this week to accommodate visitors to the George Washington exhibit.
The restaurant will be open 5-8 p.m. every day through Sunday this week only.
The kitchen staff has added two "colonial-inspired" entrees, game hen stuffed with mushrooms and marinated flank steak roulade, to the regular menu.
The game hen will be served with cranberry and pumpkin jus, Yukon Gold crushed potatoes and grilled asparagus.
The steak roulade will be served with spinach with farmer's cheese and dried cherries, stone-ground grits with tilamook cheddar, sauteed spinach greens, marinated green beans and truffles.
