Go West Restaurant & Saloon, 6205 New Sapulpa Road, has scheduled a "wine supper" Wednesday night.
The menu will include duck apricot compote, smoked black pepper oysters, New Zealand lamb or Worrell mushroom stuffed buffalo tenderloin and toasted almond-buttermilk sorbet.
