We vacationed in Albuquerque last week and learned, once the hard way, that the chili peppers in New Mexico are burnin' hot this year. So if you are traveling that way, or taking a Santa Fe trip, remember to take it easy on that first bite, or order the chilies/chili sauce on the side.
