The national chain features a wide assortment of meats, seafood, noodles, vegetables and sauces -- more than 50 items in all -- for customers to design their own stir-fry dishes.
The dozen specialty sauces range from Samurai Teriyaki, a mild, slightly sweet sauce made with soy sauce, sugar, sherry and sesame oil, to Kung Pao...Yow!, the hottest choice made with garlic chili sauce, sesame oil and more chilies.
HuHot is open for lunch 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dinner goes to 9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 4-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
