In the Raw, 3321 S. Peoria Ave., will celebrate its 15th anniversary in Brookside on Saturday with a Throw Back to ’98 party.
“All of the original crew from opening day will pop in to say ‘Hi’ along with our special guest bartender,” co-owner Greg Hughes said in an email message. “He’ll be slinging drinks, including our original appletini, frozen Redbull margaritas and a ’98 Harvest shot.”
Food will be provided by the In the Raw food truck with items such as fusion tacos, Korean barbecue-style pork sandwiches and green chile wraps. RPM, a ‘90s cover band, will play from 7-10 p.m.
Activities will begin at noon.
