Kristin Chenoweth is speaking out for the first time since she was injured on the set of "The Good Wife" July 11, reported people.com Wednesday.
"To all my fans: thank you for support and love!" the Broken Arrow native tweeted on Tuesday, her 44th birthday. "Doin better everyday. More to come when I'm able! … I love you guys xo."
The actress was hospitalized overnight after being hit in the head by falling lighting equipment and then hitting her head on a concrete sidewalk July 11 while filming on location in Brooklyn.
Chenoweth, a native of Broken Arrow and a Tony-winning Broadway star and an Emmy winner, was filming for her recurring role as a political reporter on the CBS drama. She will make her first appearance in the series' season premiere September 30.
Last night she tweeted: “Sounds dramatic: but im thankful to be here. I love this life! And am grateful! Goodnight XO."
According to her tweets, Wednesday is "Big doctor day today :)"
