Wednesday will mark the last night of business for the Brasserie, 3509 S. Peoria Ave., and owner Tim Baker said 100 percent of the proceeds will benefit Oklahoma wildfire victims.
"We opened with a benefit dinner, and I thought it would be appropriate to close with one," Baker said. "Some of the vendors and farmers we've done business with have been affected by the fires, and our hearts go out to all of the victims."
The 6:30 p.m. dinner will be served family style. A $40 donation will cover dinner, hors d'oeuvres and a champagne toast. Additional alcohol will be a la carte.
Baker said the menu isn't complete, but it will include some favorites of the French-styled restaurant that opened in November 2006.
"We invite folks to come early or late to hang out at the bar, but food offerings will be limited to the family style dinner only," according to general manager Joe Breaux.
Reservations for the dinner are required: 918-779-7070.
