Amanda Seyfried puts the "I" in "Cal–if-forn-i-a" on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" Thursday.
The "Les Miserables" star raps the late 2Pac's 1995 classic "California Love (featuring Dr. Dre)," while wearing part of a frog costume.
The actress was e-enacting a night spent sipping sake in a karaoke bar in Japan while promoting the film with cast members, according to usmagazine.com.
"When in doubt, just do a little rap," said Seyfried, getting into the segment. "I'm going to do this."
In the first video clip, the 27-year-old, who plays Cosette in the much-anticipated musical film, talks about her dog Sven and his unusual talent and mentions she has a taxidermy collection which Ellen called was “really gross and disturbing.
"The Ellen DeGeneres Show" airs at 3 p.m. weekdays on KJRH, channel 2. "Les Miserables" is set to be released Christmas Day.
