When chef-proprietor Tuck Curren learned Peter "PJ" Angeli, Midwest Region manager for Chateau Julien, would be available, Curren revamped Tuesday night's scheduled wine dinner to accommodate Chateau Julien wines.
The menu will include shrimp ceviche cocktail, spicy chicken thighs with rhubarb-cucumber salsa, grilled Korean-style short ribs and peanut butter banana cream pie.
Chateau Julien wines will include its pinot grigio, Royalty Red (a red blend) and merlot.
Cost for the dinner is $25, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations: 918-794-8013.
