Made Market, the new restaurant in Doubletree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown, 616 W. Seventh St., opened Thursday.
According to a news release, the restaurant "offers the convenience of a neighborhood market, the warmth of an open pizza kitchen and the comfort of feeling at home."
The Made Market breakfast menu features ciabattas and artisan souffles in addition to traditional egg dishes.
Items on the lunch and dinner menu include a variety of salads and sandwiches to go with pizzas, flatbreads, rotisserie chicken and entrees such as grilled salmon and grilled shrimp.
Other than four entrees and four flatbreads, everything on the menu is priced less than $10.
Made Market, which replaces the former 7 West restaurant, is open 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. seven days a week.
