The Campbell Hotel, 2636 E. 11th St., has opened a full-service restaurant , Maxxwell’s, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The restaurant is located on the west end of the hotel building. It opens at 6 a.m., the kitchen closes at 10 p.m. and the lounge at 2 a.m. seven days a week.

Maxxwell’s serves traditional American cuisine with items such as omelets, biscuits and gravy, burgers, wraps, salads, meatloaf, fish tacos, prime rib, hand-cut steaks and pasta dishes.

“We have talented bakers, too,” said manager Sean Savage. “We make all of our breads and sauces, and everything is made from scratch.

Savage said Maxxwell’s will have live music in the restaurant this Friday night.
