Mi Tierra, a restaurant that specialized in South American cuisine, will be celebrating both Ceviche Day and San Juan Day this Sunday.
Owner Kelly Tandazo said the restaurant will be offering styles of ceviche from various South American countries. For San Juan day, she is cooking a dish "from the Peruvian jungle called Juane with tacacho, inchicapi and triple marino."
The band Cesar & Friends, a saxophone player and DJ Conde will perform during the celebrations. Mi Tierra will run special hours Sunday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. For reservations or more information, call 918-477-7155.
Mi Tierra recently constructed a new and much larger dining room space and expanded its menu. You can look for my review of Mi Tierra in next Thursday's Weekend section.
