The store,
The Pink Pistol, at 214 W. Main Street in Tishomingo, and will have its official grand opening on Black Friday -- she's calling it "Pink Friday," according to the official Facebook page for the store. The ribbon cutting was last weekend, multiple sources report.
"We're having the Grand Opening the day after Thanksgiving, on Black Friday, only we're calling it Pink Friday," Lambert told AOL Music blog
The Boot. "We're going to make it a tradition to turn the block pink every year at that time."
She also added the store will feature hand-crafted jewelry, boots, jeans and other items.
"My favorite thing in the store is a glittery pink bicycle hanging from the ceiling. I'm really 12 at heart," she told The Boot.
An official Facebook page announced a "
Pink Princess Pageant," set for the first Thursday following Thanksgiving. "Contestants will be judged on the creativity of their awesomely PINK costumes, their spunkiness and their sass!"
