Muscle Maker Grill, a national chain restaurant featuring a health-conscious menu, has opened in Tulsa Hills Shopping Center.
The restaurant, based in Colonia, N.J., has almost 60 locations scattered across seven states. This is the first in Oklahoma.
Muscle Maker Grill features salads, wraps, smoothies, sandwiches and pastas, many dishes with 600 calories or fewer, as well as some low-carb, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Among the dishes are Cajun grilled chicken salad, turkey chili, penne pasta with reduced-fat vodka sauce, teriyaki chicken nuggets, Tex Mex grilled chicken fajita wrap and the Rocky Balboa wrap, which includes a grilled chicken breast, turkey meatballs, reduced-fat mozzarella and marinara sauce in a herb wrap.
Most of the dishes range from $8 to $10.
Hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. The phone number is 918-794-6777.
