NBA player and reality TV star Lamar Odom, who is married to reality TV’s Khloe Kardashian, has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Los Angeles.

Odom, who played for the Lakers, the Clippers, the Miami Heat and the Dallas Mavericks before becoming a free agent, was arrested at 3:54 a.m. Friday and booked into jail in Van Nuys, Calif., reported latimes.com. He was released at 8:33 a.m. after posting a $15,000 bond and is expected in court on Sept. 27.

California Highway Patrol officers said Odom was driving in a "serpentine manner" on the 101 Freeway below the speed of 50 miles per hour, accoridng to a report. After initially failing to pull over, he was stopped and showed "objective signs of intoxication and was unable to perform field sobriety tests as explained and demonstrated," according to a CHP report.

There were reports recently that Odom was missing following a fight with his wife but his agent told ESPN that that was not the case, according to the website. There have also been numerous reports him having a drug abuse problem but none confirmed.

The basketball player "refused all chemical tests and was booked without incident," according CHP officials.

His agent, Jeff Schwartz, could not immediately be reached for comment, according to the website.
