Considering actress Natalie Portman has this enormous fan following behind her (Cue numerous guys on 'Millionaire Matchmaker' telling Patti Stanger they wanted a Miss Right who was something like, hm, scratching chin - "Natalie Portman"), I tip toe to the line in saying I've never quite "gotten" her.

Maybe one day.

But this new blonde look she debuted over the weekend at the Van Cleef & Arpels Dinner for L.A. Dance Project Saturday? Mmm, not quite getting that either.

Brown. Brown really suits her.

Apparently, she got the color for an upcoming movie role, so presumably it's as temporary as she wants it to be thereafter.

And it should be however Portman should wants it to be.

It is, after all, her hair.

Still, any thoughts on her new look?
