Mandarin Taste, which touts itself as an "authentic" Chinese restaurant, has opened at 6125 S. Sheridan Road.
Some of the more exotic dishes offered there include braised pig feet, pork liver with bell pepper and preserved egg with silky tofu.
Diners who wish to stick with more familiar fare can order more common dishes such as kung pao chicken and egg rolls.
Hours are 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday-Saturday. The phone number is 918-878-7998.
It is located on the southeast side of the intersection at 61st Street and Sheridan Road.
