Sarah Palin actually had some kind words about President Obama's Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech. Sort of.

Asked about the president's speech, she said she thought it was a good speech. She especially liked the part about war sometimes being necessary to defend the country.

She said she liked that part so much that she had to pick up a copy of her new book to confirm that she had said the same thing – or at least something like it.

The implication is that she said it first and the president obviously stole the idea from her.

Oh, really?

Here's a flash for the unsuccessful vice-presidential nominee and the person who left her job of governor of Alaska unfinished: It's not an original thought with you or the president. I don't think the president meant it as an original thought.

If it ever was an original thought, it might be attributed to Aristotle who said: We make war that we may live in peace.

The only other interesting thing about Palin's comment was that she had to check her book to make sure. She doesn't remember what she wrote?

Oh, darn, it wasn't her idea after all. But what should we expect from such a roguey person?
