½ cup DeKuyper Peachtree schnapps
1 cup sugar
¼ cup orange juice
1. Combine above ingredients in covered container for 24 hours.
2. Puree peaches in blender.
1 package deluxe yellow cake mix
1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup pureed peaches (from above mixture)
½ cup peach liquid (from above mixture)
4 eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
3. Combine above ingredients in a mixing bowl, and mix well.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in well-greased Bundt pan.
To make a glaze, use ¼ cup of remaining peach liquid and ½ cup powdered sugar.
