Justin Thompson, chef-proprietor of Juniper, will open a second restaurant, Prhyme Downtown Steakhouse, on Nov. 28.

The new steakhouse will be located at 111 N. Main St. in the Brady District.

"It is an upscale modern steakhouse with beef options like no other in town," Thompson said. "We will have prime wet-aged beef, which is the most common in steakhouses, plus American grass-fed beef and 40-day dry-aged beef."

Thompson said in addition to beef, the restaurant will offer such items as lobster, scallops, salmon, Cornish game hens, lamb and pork chops.

He said entrees will range from $24 to $50.

Hours will be 4-11 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 4-9 p.m. Sunday.

The phone has not been connected, but Thompson said reservations may be made by emailing prhyme@prhymetulsa.com.
