Apparently, that's what I did today -- for about five minutes on a treadmill. Still, my first day at my new gym went well. Didn't pass out, didn't fall. It's my first day on a new road to wellness!
And I'll tell ya more about it, my new Mistress of Exercise (it's a working title, sorry) and, of course, the other embarrassing things that ALWAYS happen to me on the morrow -- a.k.a., FRIDAY!!! Thank you, Lord for Friday.
