I just had a gentleman contact me who remembers getting Reuben sandwiches years ago in Chicago that were "so thick with meat you had to hold it with both hands" and had a great flavor, and he is looking for the "biggest and best" Reuben in town to celebrate his birthday this weekend.
I won't say what birthday he is celebrating, but I can say he hasn't hit 80 yet. I just visited Kilkenny's for a brunch review, so its Reuben is on my mind. Any other suggestions?
