The Smashburger chain will join the crowd of new restaurants at 91st Street and Yale Avenue when it opens its third Tulsa-area restaurant Wednesday at 9168 S. Yale Ave.

Smashburger has a lineup of signature burgers, including the Oklahoma burger, and diners may build their own burger creations with a variety of ingredients.

The Oklahoma burger is made with fried pickles, pepperjack cheese, haystack onions, lettuce, tomato and buttermilk ranch dressing on an egg bun.

Beverages include Häagen-Dazs shakes, IBC root beer floats, beer and wine.
