What's the most embarrassing thing ...

As I confessed in my Tuesday column, I'm a clumsy hooker.

But I'm also nosy, as I want to hear about YOUR most embarrassing ...

Is it really vandalism when it's a sticker with the words "nipple clamps"?

Aside from enjoying humorous ones spied on others' automobiles, I'm not a fan of bumper stickers.

I blame my father, ...

Where is the oddest place you've ever taken cover during bad weather?

During last week's bad weather, when a tornado siren sounded around midnight, I was caught at a midtown QuikTrip.

Not all smoothies are created equal, especially when it comes to calories.

The road to fat is paved with healthy intentions. Sometimes, anyway.

Like when the fat-free food craze really kicked off in the early 1990s -- specifically, Snackwells. I thought, "FINALLY! No fat in cookies, I can eat a ton of 'em." Yeah, not so much, unless you want to weigh a ton.

That's why you have to be cognizant of what you're eating -- kinda the point to a story I have coming up in Monday's Scene section of the Tulsa World. It's about unhealthy "health" foods to watch out for.

One of the foods I didn't talk about, though, were smoothies, which I love. But the ones I remember loving the most ended up having several hundred calories.

Here, however, is a recipe for a yummy, filling smoothie I found on SmoothieWeb.com. For my fellow Dubya Dubya followers, it's packed with fruit, which is ZERO POINTS! The cup of low-fat milk and juice is minimal, and I'm sure you can tweak it to your liking.

Berry Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1 medium carrot
1 cup low-fat milk
1 cup pomegranate juice (cranberry is an okay substitute)
2 cups ice

Combine in blender, and mix away; services 2 (although I'd be tempted to claim it as one big breakfast).

Peace, love and pomegranate ... XOXO
