Rasta Thomas' Bad Boys of Dance....plus one girl...

Choregus Productions is offering two additional ways to experience Rasta Thomas’ Bad Boys of Dance, besides the two performances the company will give this weekend at the Cascia Hall PAC.

If you’re the type who enjoys the finer things, then the Choregus Inaugural Black and White Galaon Thursday is for you. The evening includes a cocktail reception, dinner catered by Tony Henry’s Rave Review Catering, music by the Cynthia Simmons Trio and a special performance by the Bad Boys of Dance.

The gala will be 6 to 9 p.m. at the Integrity Lighting Event Center, 3525 E. 36th St. North. Tickets start at $150, with proceeds benefiting Choregus Production’s educational outreach programs.

One of these programs will take place 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The Bad Boys of Dance Total Dance Immersion Experience will include a dance master class taught by the company, lunch, a question-and-answer session, the chance to attend the afternoon tech rehearsal, and admission to one of the Bad Boys of Dance’s performances.

The Total Dance Immersion Experience will take place in the Fly Loft, 117 N. Boston Ave. (it’s the upper level of the building that houses the Woody Guthrie Center). Cost is $35 students, $60 adults. Scholarships are available.

Rasta Thomas’ Bad Boys of Dance will perform 8 p.m. Saturday and 3 p.m. Sunday at the Cascia Hall PAC, 2520 S. Yorktown Ave. Tickets are $20-$40.

Reservations are required for the Black and White Gala and the Total Dance Immersion Experience. To make reservations: 918-688-6112.
Tickets for the shows can be obtained by calling 918-596-7111, or at tulsaworld.com/mytix.
