Movoto Real Estate released the results of a study this week showing the best cities in America for meat lovers.
The company releases top 10 lists with a sense of humor on its blog.
Tulsa ranked No. 7 on the list, mostly because of the number of barbecue restaurants per capita.
A study that the Tulsa World did of more than 1,000 restaurants in the city showed that hamburger joints are one of the top three kinds of restaurants here, and that was another factor used by Movoto.
Other criteria used includes the number of butchers, hot dog vendors, and cattle ranches.
