Angel Armas


Angel Armas, the star of Lifetime’s TV show "Dance Moms: Miami" will be in Tulsa Sunday offering two, 1-hour master dance classes at Elite Dance of Tulsa, 8142 S. Harvard Ave.

Armas began training in ballroom dance at the age of 12 and was named “Top Jazz Choreographer” and top “Lyrical Choreographer” by the National Dance Alliance.

He is the co-director of Stars Dance Studio in Miami, Florida. The studio's motto is “Turning Kids into Dancers and Dancers into Stars.”

The dance sessions, at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., are open to anyone ages 5 and up. Tuition is $40. To sign up for a class, visit elitedancetulsa.com/schedule.
