Beer hounds probably have been to TapWerks Ale House & Cafe in the Bricktown area of Oklahoma City. It touts itself as the state's oldest tap house and has 212 beers on tap.
It recently picked up a pretty sweet honor when it was named Beer Bar of the Year by Nightclub & Bar magazine in its 2010 Nightclub & Bar Awards.
A total of 235 businesses were nominated in 14 categories. Most of the winners came from much larger cities -- New York, Las Vegas, LA, Chicago, San Francisco -- than OKC. So here's tipping a cool one to TapWerks.
