The weather will turn any time now. Remember, it was last Nov. 30 when the Tulsa area received 6 to 10 inches of ice and snow.
Most restaurants that adjust their menus seasonally already have done so for the tall. For instance, chef Bill Harris has placed such items as squash pasta, pumpkin seed salmon and apple cherry bread pudding on the menu at Thyme: An American Bistro.
These dishes are going to taste mighty good when it takes more than a light jacket to go outside.
