Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen and Liam Hemsworth as Gale Hawthorne star in "The Hunger Games" which was released on DVD last week. MURRAY CLOSE
"The Hunger Games" may have enthralled millions as a book, a film and already sold more than 4 million DVDs but it seems not everyone is a fan.
Honest Trailers, a website which allegedly presents "promos" for films as they should have been made, has added "The Hunger Games" to its stable of trailers, which already includes "Avatar," "Twilight" and "Transformers."
The trailer poses the questions it says moviegoers have been asking since the film debuted earlier this year, according to hollywoodreporter.com.
Questions about Peeta's (Josh Hutcherson) cake-decorating skills, why Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) hangs out in trees and why she didn't choose the "much hotter dude" Gale (Liam Hemsworth) over "short, boring, one-dimensional, worthless blonde guy" Peeta. Other areas of the films questioned include the missing Avox, political and social satire, why the parents of the children chosen as tributes "seem oddly okay with it, the inner turmoil of Katniss and actual hunger." Also raised are missing plot points from the mega-popular Suzanne Collins novel.
"The Hunger Games" sequel "Catching Fire" is set to debut November 2013.
Parental guidance is advised for the video.
