Looking for a rich boyfriend to take care of you? Well, get in line -- and in the air.
Brandon Wade, who's an online dating expert, author and serial online dating entrepreneur, recently shared the results of a joint survey of 50,000 millionaires and "sugar daddies" about the best airlines on which to snag your knight in $hining armor. It was conducted by his web site, SeekingArrangement.com, the world's largest sugar daddy dating website.
So which U.S. airline should one fly for the best chance of landing a rich boyfriend?
Airline with the best chance of meeting a millionaire: Delta Air Lines
Airline flown by the most generous millionaires: American Airlines
Airline flown by the most wealthy millionaires: United Airlines
Airline flown by the cheapest millionaires: Southwest Airlines
"If you want the best shot of landing a rich boyfriend, fly Delta Air Lines," Brandon told me over a legs-and-eggs meeting at Cloud Nine -- just kidding.
"If you want a generous sugar daddy, fly American Airlines," Brandon continued via press release. "If you want a high net-worth husband, fly United Airlines.
"And if you only have the appetite for wealthy men, stay away from peanut airlines such as Southwest, Frontier, Spirit or Allegiant," he said. Ouch. I (heart) Southwest.
Anyhoo, the survey further reveals that 74 percent of the wealthy men surveyed frequent an airline lounge, 78 percent are top-tier members of an airline's mileage program and 83 percent of them fly business class
frequently.
"Besides an online dating website, traveling by air is one of the easiest ways to meet a rich boyfriend or sugar daddy," said Brandon, who is a top-tier frequent flyer member with Delta, United and American Airlines. Well, hmm and stuff.
"If a rich sugar daddy is what you want, don’t fly coach class," he said. "Your best bet is to frequent the airline lounge, or try to get a free upgrade to business class each time you fly."
