If you hadn’t figured out who the mystery guy Taylor Swift is singing about in her new song “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” – it’s actor Jake Gyllenhaal.

… “definitely ... Jake (Gyllenhaal)” a source told Us Weekly.

A look at the song’s music video shows so many signs that point to the songstress’s breakup-to-makeup relationship with the “Source Code” actor, the Huffington Post reports.

Take the bracelet Swift is wearing in the video, “which looks suspiciously like the $100,000 one that Gyllenhaal was rumored to have given her.”

Or the scarf the cute music video boyfriend gives Swift in one scene, “which reminds us of photos of Swift wearing Gyllenhaal’s scarf.”

Or the fact that Swift and Gyllenhaal’s on again-off again arrangement was no secret.

These are the things only Swift enthusiasts would catch. And the hunch wouldn’t be wrong considering Swift has been known for giving ex boyfriends such as singer John Mayer a piece of her mind with a little melody to boot.

Remember "Dear John"?

"Dear John, I see it all now it was wrong/Don't you think nineteen's too young to be played with?/ Your dark twisted games when I loved you so/ I should've known."

Said Mayer to Rolling Stone about the diss made on Swift’s 2010 album :

“It made me feel terrible. Because I didn’t deserve it. I’m pretty good at taking accountability now, and I never did anything to deserve that. It was a really lousy thing for her to do.”
