Two new restaurants, Ridge Grill and Gusano's Pizzeria, are coming to the Plaza del Sol shopping center at 101st Street and Mingo Road.
I am told that Ridge Grill is a new venture for the folks at Ti Amo Ristorante Italiano, so we will be keeping a close eye on that one.
Plaza del Sol is a relatively small center but already has two dining spots, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt and Senor Tequila.
