It's looking like his naked arrest was the end of the road in a night of strange behavior for country star Randy Travis earlier this week.

More details have emerged about the incidents that resulted with driving while intoxicated and felony retaliation and obstruction charges being filed against country star late Tuesday night.

A Tuesday evening pit-stop at a convenience store sans clothes prompted the first 911 call. Travis reportedly walked naked into a North Texas convenience store and asked for cigarettes, reported nbcdfw.com.

The store clerk, who made the 911 call, said the singer became aggravated when he was asked how he was going to pay for the cigarettes. Travis then left the store.

Later, store owner Mike Ziyadeh said Travis regularly stops at the store and is usually well behaved, reported the TV station website.

Around midnight Tuesday, the 53-year-old then allegedly veered his Trans Am off a road west of Tioga, Texas, and struck several construction zone barricades, said Tom Vinger, spokesman for the Texas Department of Public Safety. He also allegedly threatened to kill Texas State troopers involved in his arrest for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

After the wreck, another 911 caller placed Travis at the scene, and claimed the musician was naked in the roadway. The man later said he did not recognize the country singer.

TMZ today reports that two fans secured his released from a Sherman, Texas, jail on Wednesday night. One put up Travis’ cash bond of $21,500 and another, a lawyer named Gary Corley, offered his legal services.

If convicted, Travis could serve 10 years imprison and pay a $10,000 fine, multiple sources report.

The jail provided Travis with a paper suit to wear when he left and Corley offered him his Texas Longhorn baseball cap so he could hide his face from photographers as he left the building, according to TMZ.

Travis was most recently scheduled to perform in Oklahoma on July 3 at the Downstream Casino Resort near Quapaw. He's been a regular at Oklahoma venues in the past year, including shows at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa, Buffalo Run Casino Hotel and Winstar World Casino.

In February, Travis was found in a parked car near a church about 20 miles from his home town of Tioga. He was charged with public intoxication.
